We carry many Smeg parts and we repair most Smeg ovens and Smeg stoves on the spot.
When you call us, it is helpful if you provide us with your Smeg oven model (if it is an electric Smeg oven the sticker will be on the left hand side, next to the door seal; if it is a freestanding electric/gas Smeg stove, the sticker will be in the storage space underneath the oven). We want to ensure we have the right part to fix your Smeg oven.
If you have a freestanding Smeg stove, if possible please also let us know if it is connected with a copper hose or a flexible hose (silver) so we know which technician to send.
If your Smeg oven has power but doesn’t heat please check that the clock is not flashing and it is set to manual and not to auto (letter ‘A’ will appear in the display).
If your Smeg stove doesn’t heat properly in ‘fan-forced’ mode please check that both elements at the back are heating.
If you are still having problems with your Chef oven please contact us.
If you can’t see your brand here please give us a call on 0425-729-602
